Welcome to My Tiny Mood. These Terms govern your use of the application provided by Frankly, LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

Frankly, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use My Tiny Mood for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the application except as permitted by applicable law.

Your Data

Your information belongs to you.

My Tiny Mood stores your moods, notes, history, settings, and other personal app content locally on your device.

Because we do not store your personal app content on our servers, we cannot access, retrieve, or recover it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups if you wish to preserve your information.

Sharing

My Tiny Mood may allow you to create and share content from the app.

You are responsible for deciding what you share, who you share it with, and which apps or services you use to share it.

Once information is shared outside My Tiny Mood, its use and protection may be governed by the service or person receiving it.

Security

My Tiny Mood includes optional password protection and biometric authentication on supported devices.

These features are provided to help protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security.

Frankly, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised device, shared passwords, disabled security features, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

My Tiny Mood is a personal mood tracking and reflection tool.

It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease, mental health condition, or other medical condition.

My Tiny Mood does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other professional healthcare advice.

Information, patterns, summaries, or other content presented by the app should not be interpreted as a diagnosis or professional assessment.

The app is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

You remain responsible for decisions relating to your health and wellbeing and should seek appropriate professional care when needed.

No Warranty

My Tiny Mood is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will always operate without interruption or error.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, My Tiny Mood.

This includes, but is not limited to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for My Tiny Mood.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, portions of this section may not apply.

Purchases

Purchases made through My Tiny Mood are processed by the applicable app store.

Pricing, payment processing, refunds, transaction records, and other purchase-related matters may also be subject to the terms and policies of Apple or Google.

Availability and Updates

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any particular feature or version will remain available indefinitely.

App Store Terms

If you download My Tiny Mood through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of those platforms is also subject to their applicable terms, conditions, and policies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will become effective when posted with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
